    Life, Unscripted

This fun, interactive workshop brings together adaptability, problem-solving, and the playful practice of improvisation. Through exercises and games you'll explore ways to navigate new situations while staying present, connected, and authentically yourself.

    What We'll Do Together

    • Practice staying curious, present, and flexible when things don't go as planned
    • Discover practical tools for meeting new people, building connections, and responding in the moment
    • Explore how it all connects back to a mindset you can keep building and practicing

You'll leave with practical tools, and perhaps a little more confidence, to tackle whatever comes next. You don't have to know exactly what's ahead to know you can figure it out.

    Good to Know

No improv experience necessary. The only constant is change (they say!), and these skills can be helpful in nearly every area of life. Whether you're navigating a new opportunity, meeting new people, trying something different, or simply figuring out what comes next, this is a toolbox everyone can use.

Led by Courtney Pong, founder of The Rozzie Square Theater and owner of CSz Boston, home of ComedySportz, with over 25 years as a professional improviser teaching everywhere from Emerson College to corporate workshops for companies like Deloitte and Biogen.
